Emotional eating is the bane of any weightloss program and lifestyle in general. I too am an emotional eater and over the last month or so I have battled severe stress at work, a car accident, illness and a generally crappy period in my life. I found myself looking to food, but have also found that I can look away if I have somewhere to release that frustration.

Getting back on my Mountain Bike this week should prove to be good outlet for emotions! It will certainly make me cry one way or another!
