I have a question for you.  I did this for two weeks and was doing so great.  Had lost-11 but then, now, put some back on.  Did you exercise when u were doing this and how did you keep your momentum.  I am an emotional eater and I know it is a bad habit but having some issues in how to deal with it and leave it behind.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
