		<description>My second day is going really well!  I think I figured out what happened.... too much coffee (which I was told not to do) and an appetite surpressant shake.  I cannot believe how easy this is and that I am not STARVING.  I have not been hungry today  You know if you follow the simple instructions it works.  Thanks for posting your blog.  I will let you know when I hit my first 30 pounds.</description>

		<description>The schedule is REALLY helping me get on track and stay on track.  No more trying to remember how many meals I've had or if I'm going to be able to squeeze them all in.  I just head right to the fridge at each appointed time, get out a shake and I'm on my way!

As far as pre-mixing shakes, I asked around with the Medifast folks and they don't recommend keeping them unrefrigerated for more than a couple of hours before consuming.  Also, be sure to shake them up really well if they have been sitting to ensure they are mixed and taste good!</description>

I make my shakes ( 2 each day) in the medifast shakers, bring them with me and put in frig at work, ( do you know if they need refrigeration after they are mixed...) I know they aren't great at room temp, but sometimes I have no choice, and have to leave them in my car when i go out to clients ( kitchen designer) ..what do you think?
