I too find it hard to do the actives I used to do.
People have told me I need weight training, they don't understand how much weight training I really do just getting out of a chair. I can't wait till the program arrives so I can be on the rode to getting my life back.

I too have recently become partially disabled with severe osteoarthritis of the right hip. The doctor says I have to lose weight and I started on the medifast program again. In 13 days I have lost 13 pounds. My hip feels so much better when I walk. Iwant to lose over 70pounds and hopefully
my osteoarthritis won't cause me so much pain.
My family is supportive and it really makes me feel good when my husband helps me putting on my right sock and shoe Sue G

Hello Ms. Russell:

It has been a very long time. It sounds as if things are going well, except for the broken ankle :(. I moved to Raleigh, NC and would love to talk to you. So send me your contact info and personal email address. I am still struggling with the weight, but you know that your blog is always so motivating to me and makes me smile. I am still waiting for the book :).
