I loved what you had to say. I am thinking about doing medifast. What had me worried is the price. I’m a single mom. I do not want to go broke. Could you give me some tips that worked for you, while you were on medifast. I need to make this change for me. I have a beautiful daughter that is 8 yrs ols. I want to be around for a long time. I want to run around with her. I have a knee injury, the doctor said if I lose the weight I will be better. All the other symptoms will go away. I’m medically ok to do this diet. Please I would appreciate the guidance from anybody that had been on this or is still on it. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.
