Hi friends! Well, I am off to Miami tomorrow morning with my son! My sister and niece live there and it is one of my favorite places to vacation…and eat. I LOVE the Cuban cuisine! My Medifast is already there waiting for me. I had a supply sent to my sisters address, very convenient I must say This is going to be a huge challenge for me. If you have ever had a Cuban sandwich - you can understand.

My sister is my best friend and very supportive, but she is also a size 4! ARGH! But she is very healthy and stays in shape by eating small meals through the day and working out….basically a Medifast lifestyle when it comes down to it. Besides the fact that it is non-stop laughter when we are together and I usually lose a few pounds from that and the humidity LOL! Wish me luck!

I bought a new bikini last week. This is not something I have enjoyed in the past but I actually look pretty cute in it! I walked up to a rack of suits that seemed a mile long, and started my quest. ‘Gee, this one is cute but is that really a size large bottom??’ It looked like a baby bikini! I cannot believe how tiny some of the suits are…
