Hi Kristy, I just started the program (today is my first day). I have 2 little girls 6 years & 16 months. I have been trying to lose the last 25-30 lbs. of my PG weight for months with very little results. I’m hoping Medifast will work for me. At this moment I am very hungry and am trying to stick with this, I am hoping after the first 2-3 days it will pass. Did you have the same experience and if so how did you manage?
Goog luck to you, and you look great!

Hi Kristy:
I want to give Medifast a try but I’m allergic to dairy. Can Medifast work around my food allergies and taylor a program for me with soy products? My cousin lost 30lbs. on this diet & I can’t wait to give it a try! I currently weigh 150lbs. & want to lose 20lbs. Is it going to be hard to lose that last 20lbs?
Waiting for your reply in California. Sandy
