I have done it! I am a size 4!!!

Hahahahahahaha……Oh my Gosh, I am SO excited!

I have done it! I am a size 4!!! And have lost 28 pounds!!! YAY!!!

Today I was in my closet grabbing some outfits and packing for my trip to the National Figure Skating Championships in Minnesota. Burrrrrrrrr!!!!! Anyway, I saw a few things that I have not worn in a long time and thought I would try them on. I tried on about 5 pairs of my skinny jeans that I have not worn in over a year and they fit perfect!! I put on a black dress of mine that I absolutely love and it fit and it’s a size 4!! I reached my goal friends! And you can too! Now I just have to keep it steady and get on the maintenance program.

One way of doing that is to think ahead. I am off to Minnesota Thursday. I can not load my luggage with drinks, so I had a case of Ready-to-Drinks sent right to my hotel. It’s so easy! That will keep me on my plan for sure! Always think ahead!

I have been very focused since the New Year and working very hard at my goal. It really isn’t that hard to do when you get going, it’s easy to fall into a routine and you can be fun.

I must go and finish packing…..I am so happy I can’t stand it! Yay! SIZE 4!!!

Ms. Swanson,

I’ve been a fan of yours since Deadly Friend & I love Flowers In the Attic. You are a true talent and an inspiration to me and many other MFers. Often times, fans place people on a pedestal of perfection but somehow I find motivation in knowing that though you are a celebrity, you are still a NORMAL woman who has endured a weight struggle. I am so happy that you have conquered the struggle and reached your goal. I don’t know what it’s like to be a size 4- skipped right over all of the single digits- but I do know what it’s like to set goals and then achieve them.

My first mini-goal was to complete week one on MF-achieved! I hope to reach my ultimate goal of 140lbs this year.

Thank you for going public with your weight loss and achievements.. you are helping so many people. You’re a beautiful, talented woman and I thank you from the bottom of my slimming heart for encouraging others to stay OP and reach our goals as well.
