I have decided to try something new! I am going jogging in the mornings with my son right after he has his bottle and I have a Medifast Shake. We head out at about 7:30am and do a jog and walk with the 3 wheel jogging stroller. I am loving it, it’s a lot of fun and he likes it too!
When I get back at 8:30am it is time for him to have his cereal and then I have another meal. Either another Medifast Shake or Scrambled Eggs or a Hot Cocoa depending on what I am feeling like. I really like this new morning schedule because I am able to get my exercise in nice and early in the day.
Yesterday I decided to go ice skating for an hour of exercise. That was a lot of fun too! I am now thinking that I will do the jog walk with Magnus 3 days a week and then ice skate 2 days a week. Maybe on the weekend I can do a hike with Lloyd or something fun like that. I will probably do a hike early on Sunday so I can be home in time to watch some Football….YAY…..I love Football.
Putting the exercise into my Medifast Program is making a big difference in how I look and how I feel. It is so great to fit into all my old clothes again. I feel like I have accomplished A LOT!!
On the family front, my Mom is doing great on her Medifast Program…she is down a whole 15 lbs and is as happy as could be! She is going for another 5-10 more lbs. My Uncle Paul is also doing fantastic! He is losing weight like crazy….he is now under 200lbs and has about 20 more to go.
I hope you all are doing great! Get out there and take walks or jog or hike. It really is SO good for you and you will see a big difference in how you feel and look. Don’t let the weather be an excuse! Just bundle up and go! You won’t regret it!
I am off to do some more organizing in the house since I just moved. Lots of work! LOL
Take care everyone, stick to your program and keep up the good work! Get out and enjoy the day!
