My weight has always fluctuated, which can be a big deal when you’re working in Hollywood and supposed to be a sex symbol. I’ve generally stayed pretty athletic and have been in decent shape with roles such as Buffy and Christie Boner in Dude, Where’s My Car? But after Skating with Celebrities wrapped I put on about 15 unwanted pounds, then I became pregnant and gave birth to my son Magnus in February. So now, with an October wedding on the horizon, it’s time to lose both the baby weight and those initial 15 pounds!
I’d love to get back down to my Buffy the Vampire Slayer weight, which would make me feel great about myself and hopefully open up some new and exciting roles professionally. That’s why when Medifast approached me and told me about their program, I jumped at the chance to be a part of it.
