I ordered some Medifast a few weeks ago and need to get to using it so I can lose at least ten or fifteen pounds. I have two children like you and after the second one the weight didn't come off so easy. I would love for you to write a book sometime about your life, GH, your diet, fitness and beauty regime. I have been a GH fan since I was ten years old, I remember when you were first on GH as a young teen (I was a young teen then, too!) Loved you and Tony Geary together, please go back to GH at least part time like Tony does. You deserved that Emmy and I bet you could win another one if you went back. Different diets took off weight, but put it back on. MF is working for me and I see it working for you - I am down over 56 pounds in almost 14 weeks - I feel great - still have another 60 pounds to go - Thank you for your motivation.
