I just ordered the Medifast plan as I have struggled hugely since my teens and more especially in the past 5 or so years. I am a 36 year old single mom, and I hate it when my daughter says "Mommy how come your tummy is squishy today?". When I saw your picture on the website it was very inspiring, and I can't wait to get stated on the plan myself. Hopefully this will work and I will feel like putting a SS on this summer! When I saw you on tv talking about Medifast I was so happy for you. I have a very good friend who has done Medifast before it became a big thing in magazines and on tv she had alot of great things to say about the products but because I had heard much about Medifast I didn't know what to think about it. I have decided that as of Jan 2,08 I will be doing the same thing I'm also looking in curves for some exercise . I am looking forward to makeing my life better ..most of all to feel and look better.
