Access Hollywood and Other Updates

Hey guys,

Sorry for the delay in blogging. I’ve been so busy with shooting new Medifast commercials and doing media for both Medifast and my new movie The Note. Just to update everyone I was on Access Hollywood last Friday. It was so much fun, we showed them what all goes into a Lean & Green Meal. I really wanted to let everyone know that you can still enjoy a meal with your family or eat at a restaurant with friends while on Medifast.

I’ve also reached my goal weight since I’ve last blogged!! Down 30 pounds and wearing a size six!!

Oh my goodness, do you look fabulous!! I just took a peek at the Access Hollywood clip (thanks for including the link). I’ve always felt you looked beautiful no matter what your size, but you are simply radiant now!! You look like you are in your mid-twenties, truly!

You know, you accomplishing your goal weight reminds me of something. In North and South, Brett finally accomplished her goal– to get married to Billy! :) [Brett is DEFINTELY my favorite character!]

Genie, I know I’ve already posted but….
Today in English class we had to get up and perform a skit. And I was SOO nervous! But my friend told me to pretend I was my favorite actress, so I pretended I was you. It worked I didn’t mess up at all.

WOW! You are truly an inspiration to me and so many others. I never doubted for one second that you would meet your goal! You look radiant (and your hair is adorable :)), but what makes me smile the most is the fact that you are happy and living the life you want with your family.
